Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and [OPERATOR NAME] ("Yugala", "we") for using yugaladating.com and the Yugala app. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may have only one account, and it must be about you.
- You must not use Yugala if you've been removed from it before, or if you've been convicted of a sexual or violent offence.
2. Your profile
- Be honest. Use your real first name, true age and recent photos of yourself.
- Don't post photos of other people, children, nudity, or anything you don't have the right to share.
- You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to other members so the service can work. That permission ends when you delete it or your account.
3. How to behave
You must not:
- harass, threaten, insult or pressure anyone, or send sexual content someone hasn't asked for;
- ask anyone for money, gifts or financial details, or promote any business, investment or service;
- pretend to be someone else, or run fake or automated accounts;
- share another member's photos, messages or personal details outside Yugala without their permission;
- post hateful content, including about race, ethnicity, religion, caste, gender or sexuality;
- offer or ask for sex work, or use Yugala for anything illegal.
4. Safety
We check reports and remove people who break these terms, but we don't run criminal background checks and can't guarantee anyone's identity or behaviour. Take care: meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, and never send money to someone you haven't met. If you're in danger, contact the police first (999 in the UK, 119 in Sri Lanka).
5. Reports and removal
You can block or report anyone from their profile or your chat. We may warn, hide, suspend or remove any account that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we'll tell you why unless that would put someone at risk or break the law.
6. Prices
- Yugala is free until 31 January 2027.
- After that, dating costs LKR 1,000 a month if you live in Sri Lanka, or US$10 a month elsewhere. Posting a marriage proposal will cost LKR 1,000 a month.
- We'll tell you the price and ask for your agreement before charging you anything. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account.
8. Our responsibility
We provide Yugala with reasonable care and skill, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you'll find a match. We're not responsible for how other members behave, on or off Yugala. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Sri Lanka or elsewhere, you also keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
